HXD-1000TMS/2000TMS/LCD自动转塔HV、HK双压头数显显微硬度计

本机1KG/2KG 数显自动转塔双压头（HV/HK）硬度计，采用Zui先进高精度定位结构装置，在同一台仪器上实现维氏和努氏双压头可自选自动切换，定位误差在2μm内，无需更换压头，作用：HV对金属材料（如金属薄片、细微小工件、硬化层、电镀层、渗碳层等）的表面硬度，HK对非金属（如玻璃、陶瓷、玛瑙、珠宝等）脆性无法使用大力值测试的表面硬度，是用户信赖的产品。

To determine micro hardness of finished surface of small-size or sheet-like parts, micro hardness of superficial layers such as electroplated, carburized and nitrided layers, and micro hardness of brittle materials such as agate, ceramics and other non-metallic materials;
Also, to examine and take photograph of microstructure of materials and to determine micro hardness of the phase structure for analytical purpose.
It is equipped with two indenters (both Vickers and Knoop indenters) on the turret, with a high accuracy of location within 2 um.
